What is a meeting when building a house?

Today, I would like to talk about where and what interior coordinators discuss when building a house. I would like to talk about this.

At LID, we do not enter into a meeting with a customer while the customer and the sales person are meeting with each other.

Therefore, the coordinator does not enter the meeting to discuss the floor plan.

Lid’s sales people are professionals.

That is why.

It’s a gud question to talk to a professional, isn’t it?

Instead, once a contract is signed and housing discussions begin in earnest, the coordinator comes into play.

In the end, it’s all about what you decide.

Exterior – exterior wall material, window glass color, front door type, color, etc…

Unit bath… We went to the showroom together to see the actual bath.

Kitchen, washbasin, toilet, etc. – Go to the showroom as well as the unit bath.

We will make a plan after listening to your preferences, and then we will modify the plan as you see it.

Lighting and wiring… We will make a plan once and let you see it to make a decision.

We have actual samples of interior doors, flooring, etc., so please take a look at them while you are looking at the samples.

Wallpaper: We will order actual samples of wallpaper to match the construction plan.

…Curtains… We will make a final proposal according to your budget.

I know some of you may get tired of reading if I go into detail, so I’ll just give you a quick rundown.

We will have a meeting to discuss the following details.

The meetings themselves average five to six, each lasting two to three hours.

The number of sessions and time are averages, so some people finish in 30 minutes, while others finish in 4 hours.

This can be changed on a case-by-case basis for the convenience of the customer.
