HOUSE OF THE YEAR IN ENERGY

The long winter is coming to an end, and we are now in the season of spring! 🌸
When purchasing a house, we believe that “performance” is also important!
Lid House has applied for the
HOUSE OF THE YEAR IN ENERGY competition to find out how the YUCACO system and high thermal insulation are connected to the “performance evaluation”!
HOUSE OF THE YEAR IN ENERGY is an award program organized by the Japan Center for Regional Development to recognize homes with excellent overall energy efficiency by considering the building frame and equipment as a set.
Here are three points to be evaluated by academic experts 👍
(1) ” Energy conservation performance values of building envelope and equipment
The performance of the house frame, openings, and equipment is quantified and evaluated according to the “Energy Conservation Standard for Houses”.
